Parking
The venue for the Careers Fair is the UL Sports Arena. Please check the campus map showing the location of the venue.
Visitor Parking has been arranged for you.
Direction signs will be in place on the day. It will be possible to park (for a short period only) at the back entrance of the UL Sports Arena to off-load stands and material. As this area is restricted, vehicles must be moved once the material has been off-loaded.
Parking regulations are strictly enforced on campus, and vehicles parked in restricted areas are clamped.
Parking will only be available for exhibitors who have requested a space.
We can guarantee only ONE parking space per organisation.
Additional parking may be available in the other public pay car parks on campus.
Registration
On arrival at the UL Sports Arena, all exhibitors are requested to register with the Careers Service. Our stand will be located at the top of the exhibition hall. A member of the Careers Fair team/crew will direct you to the location of your stand.
Careers Service/CECD Team
The CECD stand is located at the top of the exhibition hall, where members of the Careers Service team can assist you.
Events crew
We have an Events Crew available throughout the day should you need any assistance during the event.
Refreshments/lunch
Refreshments (tea/coffee/water/sandwiches/muffins/fruit) are available throughout the day in the Refreshment Area (located near the entrance)
Bathrooms
Bathrooms are at the top of the exhibitor area and will be signposted.
Wifi Access and code
Wireless internet access is available, details are available on the day. A crew member will inform you.
Stands/dismantling
Stands must be dismantled and removed before 3.00 pm as the facilities will be used for other activities during the evening.
A courier must be advised of this requirement if they collect the stand.
The stand and material must be clearly marked with the company name and address.
We cannot accept responsibility for stands/material that has not been removed after the Fair.
