Gráinne works as a Clinical Nurse Manager in the Clinical Research Support Unit in University Hospital Limerick.

As a dual-qualified Registered General Nurse and Registered Midwife, she has worked in both the acute and community healthcare settings in Ireland and the UK. 

She has worked on regulated and observational clinical trials.
