Research Interests

Susan's research focuses on Harmful Sexual Behaviour between children and young people with Learning and Intellectual Disabilities. She is particularly interested in the exhibition of these behaviors within institutional or organisational settings and in the exploration of the phenomenon from a situational and developmental approach. She aims to examine the impact of a sexual health program designed to reduce inappropriate and/or Harmful Sexual Behavior between students in a special school setting.
