Caitlin Lewis became a member of the REPPP team in May 2019. She started as a researcher on the Action Research Project (ARP). The ARP team collaborated with 16 Garda Youth Diversion case study sites to gather youth justice workers' experiences of forming effective relationships with young people. The practitioners and researchers worked together to co-design and trial professional guidance on youth justice relationships. Caitlin is currently working on supporting the implementation of this guidance across the national YDP network. She is also completing an implementation evaluation of a YDP initiative targeting the anti-social use of scramblers. She is a member of the Youth Diversion Project Research and Development Team. Caitlin's previous work included roles with Limerick Restorative Practices Project, Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation, and Amnesty International Ireland. She is also a humanistic and integrative trainee psychotherapist working with adult clients.
