Dr Paolo Yaranon is a lecturer in organisational behaviour and human resource development. He completed his MSc and PhD from the Kemmy Business School University of Limerick. His research interests lie in counterproductive work behaviours, workplace incivility and employee well-being.

His research interests lie in counterproductive work behaviours, workplace incivility and employee well-being. Specifically, he is interested in understanding incivility from the instigator's perspective and the individual and organisational factors that facilitate and prevent uncivil interactions at work.
