Disability Support Services at the University of Limerick wish to invite you to an online DARE (Disability Access Route to Education) information session, being held on Wednesday 22nd January, from 6.00pm to 7.00pm. This session will discuss what DARE is, who it is for, and will go through the various parts of the application process. There will also be time after the presentation for questions.

We ask anyone interested in attending to complete the DARE Information Session Registration Form. You will also find a slide attached with a link and QR code for the registration form, should you want to print or share this.

When you have completed the registration form we will contact you via email with the Microsoft Teams meeting link.

Please feel free to share this invitation to anyone who might be interested in joining us for this session. Any queries should be emailed to DARE@ul.ie

Please note: this session will not be recorded.

We hope that you can join us.

DARE is a third level alternative admissions scheme for school-leavers under the age of 23 as of 1 January 2023  whose disabilities have had a negative impact on their second level education.

Applicants to DARE can present with an Irish Leaving Certificate, A-Levels and/or other EU qualifications.

DARE offers reduced points places to school leavers who, as a result of having a disability, have experienced additional educational challenges in second level education.

Find out if your disability is one considered under the DARE scheme.
