UL Global undertook its latest Quality Review in May 2022, under the structured Quality Review Process for Support Departments. Our Quality Management System is a set of defined policies and procedures that outline how our division conducts its business and provides wide-ranging customer service. UL Global continues to review and improve our service and engagement. Our 2024 Internal Audit will take place in November 2024.
