UL Global undertook its latest Quality Review in May 2022, under the structured Quality Review Process for Support Departments. Our Quality Management System is a set of defined policies and procedures that outline how our division conducts its business and provides wide-ranging customer service. UL Global continues to review and improve our service and engagement. Our 2025 Internal Audit will take place in November 2025. The finalised Internal Audit Schedule will be updated closer to the date in November 2025.
