This course introduces you to the concepts and practices of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as well as the ethical dimensions of AI applications.

You will learn about the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the promises of AI as well as the perils and ethics of AI.

You will explore the requirements and challenges of developing and deploying a sustainable, inclusive and ethical AI for various business applications.

This course is aimed for professional and non-technical managers who wish to understand the context of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in organisations and business, while also developing an awareness of the value, risks and challenges. The module is designed to give non-technical business leaders a foundation to starting engaging and considering the value of AI for their organisation.

This course is suitable for all levels of experience and does not require technical knowledge.
