The programme is delivered via interactive online / blended skills-focused workshops which are supported with Brightspace, our virtual learning environment and self-directed learning. While based on relevant academic theories, concepts, and techniques there is also significant focus on individual personal development and the practical application and transfer of learning within the workplace. Continuous assessment is a core feature of the programme. Supported with the expertise & industry experience of the teaching team and combined with the diverse backgrounds and career experience of your fellow students facilitates a unique learning & personal development journey.

The Next Step - Your Progression Upon Completion

Having completed the Certificate in Management programme participants can progress to either the Diploma in Management or Diploma in Health Services Management (NFQ Level 7, 60 ECTS Credits); this clear progression route is a significant strength and very attractive option for professional students.

You aspire to or currently hold first management / supervisor position. Wish to develop a range of skills, including self-management, team management and interpersonal skills. Are Seeking a third-level qualification in management to validate your experience and advance your career.
