The 2023 Equality and Inclusion Conference will take place on Wednesday the 08th of November from 1.30pm to 4.15pm (join us for lunch from 1am) at the Clinical Education and Research Centre at University Hospital Limerick (UHL). 

This year’s conference will focus on change, inclusivity and staff support against the backdrop of the HSE organisational reform and the development of Regional Health Areas.

The theme for this year's event is Change Management: Embracing Cultural Inclusivity.

All staff are welcome to this year’s  Conference which has been developed by the Health Sciences Academy - Equality and Inclusion Steering Committee (this is a collaboration between the UL Hospitals Group, University of Limerick and the Midwest Community Healthcare)

Moran Anisman-Razin

Dr Moran Anisman-Razin

Moran Anisman-Razin is an Associate Professor in Work and Organisational Psychology, Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick and a Visiting Research Scholar at the Behavioral Science and Policy Center at Duke University. She is a chartered work and organisational psychologist and has extensive teaching and coaching experience with leaders globally. Her research focuses on courage in organisations, leadership, and leadership development.

Frank Guy 

Frank is a Leadership and Performance Coach with 34 years’ experience working in diverse roles in multinational corporations, and 10 years in his own practice as a coach, learning facilitator, and speaker. His work in GlaxoSmithKline included strategic development, project management and 8 years in Learning and Development. His own practice specialises in leadership and motivating teams, building relationships toward selling and influencing, and how we cope effectively with events which are not in our control. When both coaching and training he asks powerful questions, probes, challenges, and listens with full attention.

He works with corporate clients in Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Goods, Information Technology, Finance, Hospitality and Education; he is an Associate Coach with Harmonics and a guest lecturer with New Frontiers in Limerick Institute of Technology, and Trinity College Dublin (TCD).

Lisa McDaid HSE

Lisa McDaid

Lisa is an Organisation Development and Change Practitioner with the National Organisation Development and Change team. She acts as subject matter expert for large scale HSE change programmes. Lisa has managed a number of large scale multiple site reform programmes and teams involving significant cultural change.  She uses her experience of leading transformation in complex environments to support those leading change and innovation, frontline teams and business support services to focus on people and culture and create the conditions for change.
