The Rapid Innovation Unit will develop, deliver and coordinate a programme for clinical immersion-based health technology development. It will provide direct research support to identify and develop novel health technology innovations jointly between health care staff and interdisciplinary University researchers.
The Rapid Innovation Unit will lead to the development of a health technology ecosystem and research support platform (technology development and training) which will continually rapidly identify and develop high-value research projects across clinical specialities where deployed.
