This report outlines the review and evaluation of UL's Cycle 3 Quality Review activity (2017 - 2023).

The purpose of this document is to outline the quality management system (QMS) framework for UL professional service units.

The StELA project was funded under the National Forum for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning under the Strategic Alignment Teaching and Learning Enhancement (SATLE) fund.
