University of Limerick is committed to creating a campus where dignity, respect, and safety are upheld for all members of the UL Community - students, employees, and other service users. The RespectfUL Campus Campaign promotes inclusivity, and strives to prevent discrimination, harassment, bullying and sexual violence and harassment, and ensures access to essential support services.
Through Safe Spaces, Strong Voices, we empower our community to stand against unacceptable behaviour. Our policies, education, and resources set clear expectations, provide transparent reporting pathways, and ensure accountability. Workshops and training equip individuals to recognise, prevent, and respond to harassment, bullying, discrimination, sexual violence and harassment and other harmful behaviours.
Support services are available to assist those affected, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and empowered. Together, we can build a culture of respect where everyone has trust in the system to speak out.
