An event that fosters collaboration between education and industry for upskilling - 3rd November 2022, Analog Devices Building, University of Limerick.

In this workshop, we will look at some of theories underpinning transformative learning, we will explore what the characteristics of transformation are, on what a transformative learning experience looks like in practice and how we can further develop our approaches to transformative pedagogies.

This 90-minute dynamic and interactive (not “sit and get”!) session will focus briefly on theoretical concepts to activate or supply background knowledge for participants, and then provide practical guidance and experience for the why and how of designing learning experiences with UDL.
