Unite at the University of Limerick is dedicated to serving the needs of its members, working to;

  • Secure adequate health and safety at work
  • Agree positive policies and procedures for a happier, more productive workforce.

UL Unite is recognised by UL Management to represent all staff at the university. We consult with members and negotiate with management on emerging workplace issues, drawing on expertise from both within the university community and the Unite regional office.

We act as one voice to convey, promote and develop input on collective issues for example HR policies and procedures.

We provide a listening ear, advice, counsel and representation for members who come to us with individual issues.
