Below are the UL courses which feature elective modules or a pathway option. Students who receive a CAO offer for the following UL courses will need to confirm their elective/pathway choices. Courses not included in the list below do not require this action.
As you will need to make these choices soon after accepting your CAO offer, we urge you to take some time to consider the options to ensure you are ready to make your choice(s) in time.
First year options may include:
- Elective module(s): Choose one or more modules.
- Course pathway: Within certain courses a pathway or stream directs the entire course of study at UL. For example: Arts students choose subjects which become their BA degree e.g. a BA in English and History; Business students have an option of taking their degree with various language options, etc.
