Dr Laura Keyes, Centre Director, delivered a keynote presentation at the 2025 Health Research Board Grant Holders Conference, and emphasised the importance of implementation research: "Implementation science is often an afterthought in health research, but it must be embedded from discovery to adoption."
Dr Keyes also participated in the panel discussion chaired by Dr John O Neill (Department of Health - Ireland), that explored how to make research more effective, the importance of sharing data, including molecular data in electronic health records and strategies for building stronger connections with stakeholders.
