The Student Engagement Solution project will implement a mobile digital app to help present key information and assist in navigating the student journey.  

The app will provide a central source of information about systems and services in UL, aligning with modern student preferences.  The ITD Project Management team will lead the implementation, and the project will be supported by a cross functional stakeholder team from across the campus community.

  • Adding an AI component would contribute to our student retention improvement by allowing current students to get answers quickly and efficiently to common questions. It will also revolutionise our engagement with prospective students giving them access to relevant information at the touch of a button.      

Project Update

The project is currently in the planning phase. A procurement tender has been published to select a suitable supplier who will work with UL to implement the new system in Q4/2025.
