Colette joined the team as the CRSU administrator on a part time basis in June 2022. She is based in the CERC Building in UHL and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience from her strong customer service background. As an experienced customer representative, Colette comes with a large set of skills such as – Patience, Positive attitude, personal responsibility, eagerness to learn, confidence and problem-solving skills.

Since joining the HRI team, Colette has taken over all things purchasing for the CRSU team as well as developing and managing the CRSU space policy that will be released soon.

Colette collaborates daily with the team based in the HRI and assists on organising the shared office space, supports the HRI Executive and the Research nurses based in the CRSU.
