Eleanor is an accomplished statistician with a keen interest in conducting statistical analyses in clinical research. She holds a BSc in Mathematical Sciences and a PhD in Statistics from the University of Limerick and brings a robust skill set in study design, alongside extensive experience in both descriptive and inferential statistical analyses. Her expertise includes developing comprehensive statistical analysis plans and authoring successful ethical approval applications for both observational and intervention studies. Eleanor thrives in real-world projects and enjoys collaborating across disciplines to improve public health outcomes.

Eleanor also has experience in teaching statistical concepts to undergraduate and postgraduate students in the University of Limerick. She has instructed MA students in data analytical techniques using RStudio and she designed an evaluated workshop to improve the statistical literacy skills of journalism students to support their ability to communicate health risks effectively to the public.
