CONTEXT

Name of Creator: Croí Glan Integrated Dance Company (established 2006).

Biographical History: Croí Glan Integrated Dance Company was founded in December 2006 by Rhona Coughlan and Tara Brandel.  Based in Ballydehob, county Cork, this professional contemporary dance company includes both disabled and non-disabled dancers and highlights the artistic value of creating performance with diverse bodies.

Immediate Source of Acquisition: Donated by Sally Jones, Project Manager of Croí Glan Integrated Dance Company to the National Dance Archive of Ireland on 22 February 2010.

Scope and Content: Promotional material and DVDs relating to performances given by Croí Glan Integrated Dance Company.
