Access the collections of international research libraries

UL’s Inter-Library Loan (ILL) service is provided by the library. This service, now fully integrated with our electronic library catalogue, allows UL researchers to get books and journal articles that are outside the University’s collections. 

Through an international network of libraries of which UL is a member, library staff fulfil requests for research material and will in most cases have the items to you within a week, often faster than that.

This service and all associated costs is provided by the library in support of research and teaching and is also available to all students.
