The Library & Information Services Division, as a member of the IReL consortium of Irish academic libraries, has negotiated 23 Open Access Publishing agreements with various publishers. These agreements allow UL corresponding authors to publish an agreed number of Open Access articles in the publishers' academic journals without paying Article Processing Charges.
In 2023, we are projecting the following funds to run out before the year ends.
