An information session for prospective PhD researchers will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, 7th April 2025, in the Kate O'Brien Room (C1-079), Main Building. Our current MA students are invited to attend. The session is aimed at students who would like to further explore their research, as well as those considering further education and thinking about pursuing a PhD.

The Faculty of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences is hosting this informal event, where potential students can come along to ask questions and learn more about scholarships, bursaries, and fee awards available for the 2025/26 academic year. Prof. Christina Morin (Assistant Dean Research), Dr. Niamh Lenahan (AHSS Research Co-ordinator), and postgraduate researchers from Schools and Departments within AHSS will share their experiences of undertaking a PhD by research or by publication.
