Enda is the co-winner of the prestigious 2022 Steve Martin Banjo Prize and one of the most accomplished and recognised banjo players of his generation, an innovator who bridges the traditions of Irish music and the dynamic folk music of America. His rise from session musician to his debut album, Pick It Up, and on to founding one of Ireland’s greatest roots bands, We Banjo 3, has been grounded in quiet professionalism and ever-expanding musicianship.

Enda is a multiple time national champion on tenor banjo. Over many years he has developed a technically demanding instrumental style and has become a thought leader on banjo instruction and technique. Supplementing his touring band work, he’s now a mentor, educator and leader in online music instruction.
