AHSS PhD Development Series 2023

The AHSS PhD Development Series Seminar 2023 took place this week. The theme was ‘Networking and Collaborating in Academic’. Our speaker was Dr. Elaine Toomey from NUIG. The session was hybrid and students from UL, Mary Immaculate College and TUS attended the session. There was a really good turnout and a very interesting Q&A/discussion session afterwards. The AHSS Graduate Research Centre will organise another meet-up/social event for postgraduates to catch up at the end of the semester. The meet-up will be for two hours, allowing flexibility for students to drop in whenever they can. We will provide tea/coffee/pastries on the day. An invite will be circulated shortly to the students once a venue and date has been organised.
