Dr Laura Donnellan and Dr Jacob Kornbeck have published an article in French on the Caster Semenya Case titled "Droit de L'Homme: ATHLÉTISME ET HYPERANDROGÉNIE". The article was published in Jurisport, 17 February 2024, edition 249. Jurisport is the first legal and economic review of sport, combining practical data, expert opinions and multidisciplinary analyses for all actors in sport, edited in partnership with the Centre for the Law and Economics of Sport (CDES).

Dr Kornbeck is the Programme Manager (Legal and Data Protection) (Erasmus+ Coordination Unit) in the European Commission and is a part-time academic. The article examines the background to the European Court of Human Rights judgment in Caster Semenya, a case in which World Athletes' Hyperandrogenism Regulations were challenged as being a breach of the European Convention on Human Rights.
