Dr John Lombard and Dr Owen Doody launch their IHREC funded report

Dr John Lombard (Law) and Dr Owen Doody (Nursing) launched their IHREC funded report titled, ‘Shaping Palliative Care Policy using a Human Rights Based Approach’. The research was completed in conjunction with the All-Ireland Institute of Hospice and Palliative Care, and consortium members included Nursing Homes Ireland, Health Service Executive, Tallaght University Hospital, St Vincent’s University Hospital, and the Decision Support Service. A further dissemination event is planned to coincide with palliative care week in September 2022.
