Dr Laura Cahillane cited by Supreme Court

The research of Dr Laura Cahillane on the origins of the Constitution was cited by the Supreme Court on Monday in a significant judgment by Mr Justice Hogan on the right to inviolability of the dwelling. The case, which is being regarded as a victory for Travellers' rights, considered whether Clare County Council could order a family to vacate land occupied illegally.
