Dr Laura Cahillane's work on Judicial Appointments quoted in Irish Times and also by Chief Justice

The same work was also quoted by the Chief Justice in a speech last week to the Irish Association of Law Teachers Annual lecture, where Mr Justice O'Donnell agreed that many changes in the proposed Bill were positive but he criticised the composition of the proposed Commission.
