Recipes and Book Culture in England, 1350-1600, a volume of essays edited by Dr Carrie Griffin and Dr Hannah Ryley (University of Oxford) was reviewed very positively in the latest issue of the Times Literary Supplement (Jan 10th, pp. 18-19).

The book was also discussed on the TLS Podcast. The volume was published by  Liverpool University Press in 2024 and features essays by some of the leading scholars in this field.
