English, Cultural and Sports classes for the Ukrainian community

The English, Cultural and Sports classes for the Ukrainian community has now commenced. The classes are taught by volunteers from the ISPhD programme, the MA in TESOL programme and are jointly organised by  Dr Angela Farrell,  Assistant Dean International AHSS, Michelle Daly,  Associate Teacher in TESOL and Intercultural Development (MLAL) , Professor Gisela Holfter (School of German – MLAL) , Andrea LaTouche UL Student Community Engagement Officer, Donal O’Leary UL Access Campus and members of the Ukrainian community in Limerick. This is another very welcome initiative by staff in AHSS, and the feedback has been very positive.
