School of Law Staff present at Irish Supreme Court Review Conference

Two members of staff from the School of Law presented at the third annual Irish Supreme Court Review conference at the weekend. The event considers the major cases decided by the Supreme Court in the previous year. Dr Laura Cahillane presented on: ‘Damache v Minister for Justice and the Inexorable March of Fair Procedures’ and Eoin Quill presented on ‘Cantrell v AIB’.
Papers from the conference will shortly be published by Clarus Press in the third volume of the Irish Supreme Court Review journal in early 2022.
