Yvonne Cleary was one of the organisers of the seventh European Academic Colloquium in Technical Communication (EAC), which took place on June 11th 2021. This was the first online conference in the EAC’s history. The one-day event attracted over 100 attendees, and involved speakers from Europe and the United States, a meetup about competencies for user-experience writing, and a compelling keynote address by Professor Kirk St.Amant of Louisiana Tech University, who is also Adjunct Professor at UL.
