The UL Japanese Section is Invited to PwC (Dublin) for a Sustainability & Networking Event

On Wednesday 21st, fourth-year students Zoe, Oisin and Elisa, third-year student Ben, and Head of the Japanese Section, Dr Erika Marcet, were invited to PwC (Dublin) for a business and networking seminar. The seminar, entitled "Sustainability - A driver for business growth" was organised by the Ireland Japan Chamber of Commerce and the Ireland Japan Association.

Students had the opportunity to meet and exchange information with senior business leaders with connections to both Ireland and Japan. Oisin said "Thank you to the organisers and the University of Limerick for this wonderful opportunity. I learned a lot about sustainability and I also got to meet and learn from industry leaders. This event also opened some doors to future job prospects."
