Visit from the Ireland-Japan Chamber of Commerce

On Thursday 8th, Dominic Keogh, Member of the Board of Directors of the Ireland-Japan Chamber of Commerce (IJCC) visited UL. Dominic met with Professor Liam Murray (MLAL), Dr Erika Marcet (MLAL) and Olga O'Sullivan (UL Global) to discuss the potential collaboration between UL and IJCC.

Dominic also gave a guest lecture to students in the Japanese Section about intercultural and interlanguage communication in the context of Japan. He also discussed some work opportunities and networks available to those who will be graduating from UL with Japanese.
