I studied Industrial Chemistry at the University of Limerick from 1988 to 1992. After graduating, I joined Bristol Myers Squibb in Dublin, where I worked for three years. In 1995, I moved to Roche in Clarecastle, County Clare, and spent 26 years there, working in every department except Finance. I eventually became the Site Lead. Currently, I lead a chemical manufacturing site in Shannon, where we produce the dye that gives your smartphone, and laptop screens their vibrant colours.
