Payment and Expenses

The fees for conducting visits are co-ordinated by the School of Education, UL. Any queries relating to these fees should send to schoolplacementsoe@ul.ie

Claiming expenses for visiting students on School Placement:

All current School Placement tutors must be registered on the University’s Finance system (Agresso) in order to claim their expenses. Refer to our step-by-step user guide.

Claiming of all Expenses must comply with the University’s Travel and Subsistence Policy which is available on the Finance website under Finance Policies.

Please note that all receipts, LAGs and summary sheets outlining the visits conducted must be attached electronically with each claim.
