Una is the Human Resources Business Partner who supports the Faculty of Education & Health Sciences.

The HR Business Partners are a team of HR professionals who support the strategic and operational objectives of the University of Limerick by providing a HR Lead service to management and staff within the specific Faculties and Divisions to which they are assigned. HRBP’s are strategic partners to the Deans, Heads of Schools / Departments / Faculties and to the Leaders of the Academic and Support Divisions. They support the University’s ambition to have a positive and engaging working environment in which all employees can flourish.

Una holds a first-class honours MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Limerick. She is a Certified Mediator with the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland. She has gained professional HR experience across a variety of industries and sectors.

Her role deals with a broad range of HR issues including employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, talent management, learning and development, organisation culture, organisational design, change management and organisational communication.
