Course Overview

In high performance athletic scenarios, we always consider food and fuel for the demands of training or match play. Do we give much thought for food off the field of play, and are there lessons we can learn from high performance athletic environments that could support better performance in work, life or sports?

Whether you hope to focus on corporate, academic, family or activity goals for the year ahead, Catherine will share some nutrition advice and practical guides to help with the application of sports performance nutrition tenets for everyday use. Topics included will be meal planning and composition, portion awareness, dietary supplement and caffeine use.
