Living Well, Living Mindfully

Introductory Session: During this session participants will get an understanding of;

  • The theory & practical experience of cultivating Mindfulness.

  • The Mindful Brain: Understanding the Scientific Research of Mindfulness and its potential benefits for our Bodies, Brain, Heart and Spirit.

  • Stress – What it is and how can mindfulness support us to learn to respond more skilfully to the challenges and stresses in our daily lives.

  • Current Applications of Mindfulness in different sectors including in the Workplace, Leadership Education and Health Care.

  • Tips for bringing Mindfulness into daily life.
