PI as Coach

This will be delivered by Mary Ann McDonagh of Payback Solution.  This will provide a brief overview of the programme, followed by a session to enable you to better support the researcher in your team in their career.  This will particularly focus on effective coaching skills, as well as a Q&A session on other aspects of management you may wish to address.    To book, please contact researchdevelopment@ul.ie.
