Course Overview

This workshop will support managers and leaders to identify why and how to make the time to renew and refresh themselves so that they’re more effective in life (personally and professionally).

Course Objectives/Outcomes

Sharpening the Saw - the role of self-care and renewal
One key thing to stop doing and one thing to start doing to immediately enhance your wellbeing
Tools for showing up as your best self - cultivating presence 
Reframing how you think about situations, experiences or other people and ending rumination
The importance of sleep and practices to support a good night’s sleep 
The role of Gratitude and Appreciation to enhance wellbeing and build resilience personally and with your team or students - and an experiential gratitude exercise
Participants will have the opportunity to review and reflect on what will be the essential practices they’ll need to draw upon to be their best in their leadership roles.  They will leave the workshop with a customised/personalised Resilience and Self-Care ToolKit.
