CTL operates a supportive peer observation system designed to help you discover and explore different approaches to teaching within your discipline, using the structured assistance of a trusted peer.
Peer observation is a voluntary system of professional support that can help teachers at any stage in their career gain valuable insights about their teaching performance in a confidential, trusting and formative climate.
