Maternity Leave |
Female Employees Since 3 July 2023, maternity leave is available to transgender men who are pregnant or have given birth. You must have a gender recognition certificate, in accordance with the Gender Recognition Act 2015. These new rights are set out in the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023. |
