12th All Ireland Undergraduate Conference (AICUR) takes place in person at the University of Limerick on Thursday, 3 April 2025.
AICUR is an undergraduate conference which offers students (from first to final year) from any Higher Education Institution (HEI) across Ireland the opportunity to present their research and showcase their research accomplishments.
Why participate in AICUR? – What will students get from the experience?:
- An invaluable opportunity to reflect on their own research and consider how it resonates with others, regardless of their academic background.
- Guidance and feedback on presenting at a ‘real life’ academic conference.
- An invaluable addition to an e-portfolio, CV or job application especially for those students considering further and postgraduate study.
- A great talking point in a job interview!
This year’s theme is:

- Poster Presentations: Communicate the essence of your research using a visual presentation.
