About UL Connect

UL Connect is an internal communications and information sharing platform for staff to share and learn about campus news, events and post their own department, division or other relevant updates.

Powered by Workvivo, an Irish company, it is an open, easy to use and effective way for UL staff to stay informed with what is happening in UL, online and on campus.

UL Connect is linked to your single-sign-on (SSO – username and password when you login first thing each day, giving you access to UL systems) and will generally be the default home page for the majority of users on Edge and Google Chrome internet browsers.

 

New to UL? It may take a few days for your profile to upload to UL Connect

If your browser is not automatically defaulting to platform you can access it by following this link launch UL Connect. Don’t forget to add it to your bookmarks. 

 

You can also download the UL Connect mobile app from your App Store (Apple devices), Google Play or Play Store (Android). Search for Workvivo, download and once you login, it will default to UL Connect.

The vast majority of our communications with colleagues and students is now online, along with the continued growth and evolution in social media.

It is recommended that online communications are sent between the hours of: 09:00 - 17:00. If you work outside of these hours you can schedule you emails to issue between these times.
