CTL offers a range of professional learning opportunities for staff relating to Universal Design and Universal Design for Learning. See below details of upcoming events in November.

1.  UDL Community of Practice - practice sharing
Thursday November 7th 12.45pm - 1.45pm; Graduate Attributes Hub, Millstream Courtyard

The UDL@ UL Community of Practice is an informal space for staff to share ideas and practices relating to the application of inclusive education and UDL/Universal Design with colleagues across the University. At our November event, colleagues who have completed the Universal Design for Learning and the Universal Design Beyond the Classroom digital badges will share their experiences of applying UDL/UD in practice through three short presentations (10-15 minutes) 12.45pm – 1.45pm, with plenty of time for questions and discussion. Perspectives from both teaching and non-teaching staff will shared at this event. Continue the conversation over tea/coffee until 2pm if your schedule allows.

Participants will also be introduced to practical ideas for applying the principles of UDL in practice.
